Dear Jack, What are your looking for on the world book to bill? I see people making a big deal over it. But, with nothing to compare it to how do you judge it????? Additionally, do the mm's have an idea of limit orders that are waiting to be filled (sorry for the novice questions) ??? Thanks for any respose. Scott.
