Steve, Right now WCII is in no mans land. I am neither short nor long.. I would be a buyer on a break down to the 16 level, or a buyer on a break out with heavy volume over 22. There are other plays that are better at the moment. Will continue to monitor... Currently have a position in CPU at 11
