I do not follow this arena in great detail, but LU also has DWDM
technology. Your post seemed to indicate that
CIEN is virtually the only player.

Question for the crowd: why is the consensus estimate
for next year rather flat versus this year?

I've been reading the Ciena thread since
the TLAB<-CIEN acquisition story broke,
trying to assess their future.

Can someone give a technical (read: engineering) assessment
of Ciena DWDM tech vs Lucent DWDM tech?
