I wouldn't expect the cash for another 30 days or so (end Nov). The deal hasn't even been voted on yet. It looks like the stock price got whacked good from the NASDAQ de-listing. It seems to me the deal is safer than most. I don't understand why the stock is trading at such a discount. FWIW - I bought today.
