Stuart: GLFD filed a revision of their rights offering a couple of days ago. Seems like minor revisions, based on a new Board structure. Nonetheless, it shows attention to it. Obligatory comments that are sort of on topic..... note from the 10/12 issue of F-D-C Reports (The Pink Sheet).....
