whats with the people who answer the phones at 1800-951-1111..when i called the guy said... hello...(a 10 second hesitation then)..compactconnection...it seemed as if he wasent sure where he was or which phone he had picked up...i realize this company is a start up , but there is no reason for this, i think they should be trained better...the last time i called the guy answered the phone "reservations" whats with that?..hey gimme two floyd cd's and a ticket on the concord to england...i feel like ill have to take a trip down there and start kicking some butts....if i ran my companys like they run thiers i would of been out of business years ago......lets go people and get your friggin act together... sam
