Judge, as is usually the case in antitrust matters. He appears biased against Microsoft? Why could that be, just because they spent months last year playing dumb while calling him an idiot? That kind of "objectivity" is always popular around here, but it's generally considered bad form before a judge.

On the issue of bias, I will note as usual that the operative definition always seems to be that people you disagree with are biased, and people you agree with are objective. Bill's fans here seem to want to take it for granted that Microsoft will "crush" DoJ, without any particular legal argument to support that view. I'm just interested in watching things play out, myself. I'm a Luddite, of course, and I have called Bill "the man of wealth and taste" in the past, so I guess you could say I "demonized" him, BUT IT WAS A JOKE! I can't help it if he got all senile in his deposition. He couldn't remember a thing!

Cheers, Dan.
