The fundamentals of the distribution chain are changing before our eyes. The center of gravity for online banking has moved from:

e-pay and banks

to:

e-bill and billers and
e-merge and consolidators like Intuit, MS, Yahoo, AOL, etc.

The new paradigm is in the process of being crafted as we "speak".
