I asked that question a few days ago. Here is the response.

I actually am the right person to ask. We are going to add a number of
indicators to the LIVE! Charts product shortly. The new LIVE!Charts is only
a partial release so it is only on one of our servers. Unfortunately there
is no way to direct your browser to that server. It will be available very
shortly, so keep checking. We are also going to release a new version of
QCharts with these indicators.
