The pr man for your company that you hold stock in is under investigation for Freud. How would you consider that off topic?

The last time I talked with the SEC they told me that they couldn't comment on Ira Monas or hvar because they are not done looking into the complaints on weather or not an investigation should take place.

I am a stock holder. I invested into HVAR because I liked them as a company. I don't like False news releases that just promote hype and never follow thru or up with what it's trying to sell to the public. I don't like Ira's questionable selling tactics or his fingerpointing to the owners and workers of HVAR. The man doesn't take responsibility for anything. "It's not my fault, I could do a much better job if it wasn't for THEM".

The Bottom Line: Hvar's best move from this position is to remove Ira Monas and all his negative trouble that follows him where ever he goes and get a PR firm that's willing to except responsibility for doing the job that needs to be done for HVAR and HVAR only.
