Hi David,

I believe ACL held only ~17.5% interest APO. Thus, if ACL does not now believe the play is in the order of 1 TCF, this play would not be high impact for them. Couple that with all the "fun" that they had in dealing with a couple of private entities and several small public juniors and ACL probably decided to pick up their marbles and play elsewhere. JMO, though.
