This unprofessionalism on the phone is ridiculous, even for a startup like TSIG. What kind of image are they trying to project?????
I can stand for a lot of things with a Company, delays in implementation of a business plan, etc., but unprofessionalism in front of the public should be intollerable.
It almost sounds as if TSIG is contracting a service and the guy didn't know what Company phone he was answering.
TSIG should get their professional act together or maybe they'll all be out in the streets due to lack of business.
It seems this problem with contact has happened on more than one occasion.
This is a teleservices company??
I hope to see mucho improvement soon.
We should all complain to the powers that be everytime this happens to one of us.
