I used NATIONAL DISCOUNT BROKERS and can trade three ways...thru the telebroker or interent for $20 (stocks) or thru a live broker for $25. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to get thru to a live broker but the telebroker is usually quick. Once you get thru the fills have been pretty good (I use a Quotrek and often trade 900 shares or 1100 shares since they are relatively unusual amounts and I can watch it and keep em honest).
