sag, I share your frustration with the current IPR controversy,
but we can be assured that the Market Place will sort this all out.

Service providers will most likely vote for some sort of future
standard(s) with their pocket books, just as they have always
done in the past.

It seems that your homework has been fruitful, and your choice
(QCOM) is a good one.

However, visiting another thread for the sole purpose of making
disparaging remarks, does nothing but piss people off, and
detracts from your own credibility.
