But let's talk about something SERIOUS, okay? aznt fight dtc. who win.

In order to answer this question, we must know the answer to several other questions. One of the most important of these is the following:

It appears that the DTC asserts that the shares for which they--now--hold a single certificate are free-trading; AZNT sustains that they are not. Why does the DTC believe that they are? Not, I suspect, merely because their cert, which was issued as a result of the consolidation of three earlier certs, has no label. My guess is that they've looked into the matter thoroughly. It is, after all, their business.

Do we suppose that there exists a legal opinion, signed by an attorney, stating that the shares given by Sylver to Mann are free-trading? If so, who solicited this opinion?
