ASPs are always declining in Semiconductors.

Well almost. In a good market, you can expect flash ASPs to go down by 3% per month. Yes, I said per month. But, costs actually decline at about that rate or less. The problem is that over the last 2 years, ASPs have declined faster than cost reductions.

The new products should help, as will the line shrinks, but the biggest factor in the industry cycle. We still have a lot of capacity to absorb.
