Hi Scott,

At the moment, I don't have an answer to that question without first doing some research. Without confirmation, I would start looking Packerd Bell, Gateway and Dell computer companies. Most of these companies employ just in time manufacturing (JIT) techniques.

If I had to guess, I would say Packerd Bell can slap a box together in extremely high volumes. But, that is not to say they would have the best overall product in the end. Their niche seems to be low prices & high volume sales. I would check how many units these companies moved last year.

By the way, I own a Packerd Bell Pentium 120 Mhz, with 48 meg. ram, 28.8k USRX modem, and a 15" inch monitor. I am very happy with the product and price. Performance is excellent! Of course, I will upgrade to the USRX X2 56k modem very soon! Note, I also own shares in USRX! :-)
