"This indicates a move to 14 and possibly higher....no knowing until it breaks out (it can also break down,.......)" = it may go up and it may go down. Seriously, does this diamond reversal happening bear any relationship to the wonderful old upside down head and shoulders which everybody could visualize? That indicates a move to 14+ is highly probable, but the gap at the 16-18 level is the technical piece of major importance and that's extremely unlikely to be filled anytime soon. Still, any minor breakout would be welcome for morale at the moment.
