Remember message 66 to you, what do you make of that? Do you know where we can get insider trading information without paying?

Question:
Why would you exercise an option to hold the stock?
You always own the stock for the strike price of the option.
options last 10 years. This does not cost you a dime and you have a guarentee 45000 shares.
when you exercise you have to pay taxes on the difference between the exercise price and the market price that day.. tax liability..
I don't understand the thinking behind this move.
If you feel the price of the stock is low it would be better to add to your position on the open market and hold. In this case he is paying 45000 x the strike price and paying taxes. Wouldn't it be better to just buy in the open market what you were going to invest in the options this way you compound your gain. what do you think?

Anyways, I want it to go back to $25 before taxes are due.
