Well boys, I have sentimental attachment to this company
having started it in the early 90's. My intention back then
was to have a serious little exploration company that could
raise some capital stake some claims and do some joint ventures.
Through my former broker, Dan Patience at Levesque securities
I teamed up with a Mr. Norman Dar who would organize things
and assist the company to go public via the JCP route on the
Alberta Stock Exchange. Due to various difficulties that I
never was made aware of until much later Dan Patience could not
have an active role in the company, and I inherited a chap by
the name of David J. Badyk. Dave had spent some years in
Australia working for an oil company, and according to Mr. Dar
came back to Canada flat busted broke. Norman Dar took David
under his wing, according to Norman he had a great respect
for the Badyk family. The next installment of my story is called
is we all go to Nelson B.C. to meet the Hillbillys!!!

if you have any comments on my story or any inside information please send me a private message. I am compiling these short stories with the intention of publishing them. Perhaps others can avoid the pitfalls and perils I have experienced in going public.
