I just bought into Shiva today at 5 19/32 strictly for the 7.25% arbitration. I'm hoping for a quick payoff, but I support anyone who wants Shiva to reject the offer. That would probably drive the price upward (so long as Intel doesn't say "SCREW YOU" before I can sell). I do agree, though: sounds like a raw deal for the long-holding loyals.
