Hi Lakshman

JDEC's stock price fell today as Peoplesoft stock price had tumbled down. If you look at the software companies in the ERP sector (SAP, PSFT, BAANF, ITWO, QAD), every stock in this sector is down since last 2 months. PSFT had crashed inspite of good results, but analysts gave a bleak future about ERP software companies as IT funding is diverted into Y2K sector.

I am long on JDEC and waiting for this month end's result.
