# 66 maybe she read a chart wrong. She said they were two seperate events. I didn't see that on their sec filings. The only place I know to get insider stuff is from the sec. sec.gov This info is late in the game. To get right after they file you have to pay. Also these available from stocksmart.com the BEST IMO.

He may have done this for appearances.
Just a guess.

I read somewhere he is the brains.
