Well, they (they really don't know very much) may have said, "however, analysts were including a previously announced pre-tax charge of $193.7 in their estimate". But I don't see how you can include a charge of $194 million to revenues previously announced at $112 million, and still come up with EARNINGS of 4 cents.

But weird things happen on Wall St. And again, there's no saying how we'll trade tomorrow. We may still be able to pick up shares on the cheap.
