Paul,
When I used to own and follow CHRZ (96, early 97), and listened in to the calls, I noticed repeated strange behavior on earnings days. Good earnings reports and upbeat calls usually resulted in the stock being taken down a couple of points or more. Could be the "sell the good news" syndrome. Certainly anyone who bought in the high teens very recently could be excused for taking a profit.
