<< No official word from the company.>>

The silence from the company is almost eery.

Read those bits you refer to on Yahoo, ACV. My understanding is that Cooper would be taking over in January, so if true, no news there. But I for one do not know. Declining sales would hardly be a new phenomenon ( wonder if they ship their revenues to the bank in shrink wrap?) and the third quarter is usually their weakest + we know TV aftermarket still has a way to fall and lately DCR has looked worrisome. We also know Bramson, if nothing else, will keep promptly cutting expenses and adjusting R&D to reflect sales ( a good thing but one that has happened all too much lately). Hope the sales and layoff rumor is not true, but wouldn't bet against it. Could be a rough quarter. I think they would have reported it by now if it were a pleasant surprise. I personally would be happy with 20 million in revenues. Have no idea about special charges or the resultant bottom line.
