Try moving the cursor all the way to the bottom of the screen again. It may even disappear. Then left click and hold the button down and move the cursor up. It should pull the taskbar back into sight.

The other thing you can do is, if yu have a Windows keyboard, hit the button on the left, between the CTRL and ALT buttons. That should pop up the task bar.
