Diamond formations have the shape of a diamond. To see this pattern you will need to look only at the month of October instead of the entire chart.

Yes, stock prices can move up or down, but certain chart formations can indicate a "more likely" direction and sometimes even a "most likely" direction. (nobody has a crystal ball)

At the moment I see no evidence of a reverse head and shoulder formation developing on LSI's chart, unless you consider this the head and the neckline at 14. I think that's what you might mean, anyway.
