<<2. I'm glad you brought up BLY because he did not first recommend it at $8. By my recollection, it was much higher in price, well into the teens when he first recommended it. And it fell well below $8 before it turned around>>.
I remember this one Ralph. In fact he had like a 'sleep well at night double feature' several years ago, with BLY and JG Industries (or something like that). Anyone know what happened to JG Industries?. I bought some BLY at that time for the high teens, and now i have HLT (in the high teens) and some BFIT. Anyway they turned out to be anything but sleep at night picks as they were both down more than 50% at some point. It is misleading when he says he recommended it at $3, but I would guess that he has a marketing rep that overstates his returns for him.

I liked his old Dessauers Journal as he tended to include market commentary and gold analysis. He did a plot once on the number of barrells of oil required to buy the djia which was superb. I would love to see an update. I would assume that he's been a permabull through all the market turmoil? He should have a feel for CCI, having been previously employed there and I did pick up some CCI on his recommendation which has done very well although I exited way too early at $30 after buying at $10. He probably loves CCI here?

Best Regards,
Garry
