I just had a vision ... NR sometime mid 2001:

Sungold is pleased to confirm the recent simultaneous openings of it's resort and gaming facilities in Michigan and Korea as well as the opening of it's world class race track in Richmond BC.
Based on comparable facilities, the company expects earnings per share to reach $ 7.50 during it's first year of operation.

The company further announces additional private placements to insiders and management totaling 5 Mil shares at $ 2.50 with warrants exercisable at a price of $ 3.00 to the year 2005.

Further, on behalf of the BOD and management, I would like to express my gratitude to all those shareholders who have had the patience to stick with us during the last 7 years. The recent price range of 2 to 3 Dollars does not reflect the value of the company but we are confident that the market will recognize the true value within the next decade.
