Thanks Kevin for you thoughtful addition to the thread as well as supplying supporting basis for your opinion.

However, hypsters, stock promoters and friends of friends of companies and other such hot air balloons should be serverly rebuked and banished whenever possible.

PS.. On the upgrades front...true...but I think it a bit more important at the moment for them to succeed on installs with the transaction revenues which will follow. Then we may see some real numbers driving the business.
