I agree with you on the share repurchase program. Unfortunately this company still has a negative cash flow due to the working capital requirements required to sustain such significant growth. The company does not have the cash available for a share repurchase program. I believe they are in the process of increasing their credit line to allow them to participate in a share repurchase program with board approval. Unfortunately, I have little faith in this slow moving and ultra conservative board that does not understand their responsibility to the shareholders of this company. We should vote all these members off the board!!!!!!!!!! Let's bring people on who understand ATMS' market, small cap technology companies, and how to market a company to Wall Street. We can always find people who can sit on their hands and watch a company's market value decrease by 73% and do nothing!!!!!! How about a press release indicating that the fundamentals of the company have not changed and there are no fundamental reasons for the significant drop in share price (this company went from 3 5/8 to 2 1/4 after announcing record revenue and earnings and before the market crashed).

I have been surprised that we have not seen any insider buying at these prices. I understand that most of the management have limited discretionary funds available to purchase stock. But $5,000 of insider buying by select senior management would go a long ways to increasing the comfort level of current and future investors. How can this company expect other people to buy stock if the management of this company is not leading by example. How can we believe this is the buy of the century when management is not buying??? I have been told to expect insider buying in the future. I do not consider converting warrants at 1/2 when the stock is at 1 3/4 insider buying. Why buy now when they could have bout at $1 1/4 -- Impending release on earnings restricting the buying window???

A very disappointed shareholder watching other stocks recover,
