Sam,

I have to agree with you... it was a mistake to put out the PR about the website. But, then again, perhaps you would consider the following:

(1) To this very day, shareholders on the threads are "screaming" for PRs, calling the Company and "pushing" them for releases, etc.. The Company's capitulation to this pressure perhaps was a mistake, but who other than shareholders and some traders actually saw it?

(2) Regarding the last sentence above, would you agree that other than shareholders very few people even knew about the PR or know the site exists? There has been no advertising of the site of any kind.

(3) It was made quite clear to everyone using the site that it was a beta test site and to e-mail recommendations, etc.. Additionally there were and still are "under construction" notices posted on the site.

Sam, this is certainly not a criticism of your commentary as I believe you are 100% right. This PR should never have been made until the site was considered ready and functional... period. And I don't believe it will happen again, regardless of how much badgering TSIG receives. James Guild believes very strongly in TSIG and its' potential and he is happy to let the bottomline carry the share price. He appears adamant, however, and I believe justifiably so, that no coercion by shareholders will ever allow a PR to be released unless it is completed and will add to shareholder value. My original thoughts in my post about my talk with James Guild today still stand.

Best always,

Marty
