Unfortunately I feel that management has never had the shareholders in mind on this one. What role does Capital Management play on this one. Did they hold the hype session in LA that got you to but the stock originally. It is unfortunate that a company with a product as good as they have(as good as they say they have) can have such trouble selling it. I believe Arman is simply satisfied to keep collecting a salary and not trying to grow the business, he is also unwilling to relinquish any control to ooutside investors therefore nobody wants to invest. I believe the debt level is about $3 million and the majority of this is owed to Arman himself. Hope this helps.
