1. My comment re inpatience and lack of knowledge was innappropriate I apologize. I simply was referring to your expectation that the contracts would be forthcoming in the near future when it seem like whenever these utilities have trial they go on forever, then they they have other trials, then if they haven.t merged by then they have to get approved as part of the budget etc. so this proccess takes a very long time. 2. What I mean by updates I think is very reasonable. WHen a trial was started, when it is expected to be completed , has it been completed or extended. has the prospect initiated a purchase order. I do not think it would violate any laws for the company to publicly disclose this info. 3. Some of Morgensterns salary is paid for by Tower in the form of compensation to DSSI. 4. I do not know what alternatives Morgenstern is pursuing with regard to financing comverge.
