What the... They are negotiating with a National chain and they don't see fit to mention that? Maybe they are scared of another WalMart fall through. If I were them I would have shown the confidence in the firm and the negotiations to make the announcement. If it fails, how much farther can it fall? I have read that they are not akin to making NR's and I understand your "rat" reference about it, but surely with their recent down slide and more recent show of support, they would do anything that they could to maintain and increase that support. I tried going to their web site, but it wouldn't download on my server?? Do they even have one any more? A
