well from Tom Dorsey's book on relative strength : changes in columns are very important and in fact more important than changes in buy or sell signals because of the longevity of the chart. so what are you seeing in the P&F chart that makes you feel it looks pretty decent......even with this relative strength change oh sorry talking about dell
