Hi Lisa,

I'm gonna jump in here on the Dell discussion.

With P&F not everything is black and white. Different market conditions warrant different actions.

With the NYSE BP in Bull Confirmed and the Optional Bullish percent in Bull Confirmed combined with the sector in Bull Alert (I believe) Dell's reversing to O's is worrisome but until it breaks down on its trend chart, I'd hold it here. No selling at this point. Now, if some sell signals come in, then you have to act.

If the market (In comparison to the above) was in Bear Alert and everything going to pot, I'd cover Dell here or get out of Dodge.
That isn't the case now.

I wouldn't jump on Dell to buy long term here but some trades for aggressive TDT types might be in order.

Have to keep things in perspective. Look at CSCO. It reversed on its RS chart, sold off to the bottom of its trading band but when the sector went Bull Alert and the NYSE BP went Bull Confirmed, I was all over that stock with the RS in O's. Up 15% I believe. Backed the truck up if you will. If the market was in bad shape, I wouldn't have touched it.

Hope that helps,

Jan I am
