Bill, Here are their Holiday Hours. I got them from their homepage. Our regular business hours Monday to Friday are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Investor Relations Department: Monday to Friday - 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Christmas 1996 Business Hours: December 24-26: closed December 27 & 30th: 10am-2:00pm December 31-January 6: closed NOTE: FlexQuote tech support will be handled via Email Dion has been answering my e-mail and Richard was working on FlexChat yesterday. Hope this helps soothe those frazzled nerves. And MOST importantly FQ is still working like a charm. CHG
