Other than the obvious (it's a small company competing against much larger ones, it has zero or negative earnings), I can't really explain the share price. I will say this: although they have accomplished much technically (the CodeWarrior architecture which allows them to target so many platforms and languages, use 3rd party tools, etc.), on the business side they still have a long way to go. I would like to see the company pay a little attention to shareholder-value issues, and (at the right time) also getting some Wall St. coverage (this would improve volume and liquidity, and narrow the horrendous spread on the stock).
