John Koligman: -OT- John I know you like to trade in crashed out stocks. Have you looked at Cirruss Logic (CRUS). Just been down to 5 3/4 from a high of 60. Now at 7 1/2. Big story is a radical restructuring under a guy called French, who has backing of relatively new major shareholder Teo. The retained core of the restructred company would have made about 24 cents yesterday as opposed to a loss of 3 cents anticipated. Actual results were 2 cent profit after massive charge for the restructuring. Its in semiconductors. Teo bought his huge portion of the company at an average price of 10.5 earlier this year (actually paid much more for the first tranche). There is a poison pill protecting shareholders from a cheap sale.

I have a moderate trading position.
