I regard my money as more important than OPM. When you lose OPM and you have the legal paperwork right you walk away or even get help from the gov't.(ala LTCap and other P'ships) When you lose your own shekels you get zip. As for your background, according to your profile, you seem rather ashamed of it or there just isn't any. To the subject of ORCTF. Yesterday's behavior was anomalous. The techs and telcos were up ASND,COMS,XYLN,TLABS etc but ORCTF was not part of the trend. In light of that a reasonable person would ask what is going on here. What is it we don't know? Perhaps there are problems with the fab, maybe there is a contract slippage or maybe it was just a lack of investor relations effort or not enough analysts are following it. These are the problems that are germane to the board. It is interesting that you now speak for the board - you should change your nom d'plume to Chairman. JFD
