Charles, If what I think you are getting at is WWTK being a target for Cyrix, it would be nice. The problem would be how much. Cyrix doesn't have a ton of cash floating around (they have some, but...) I don't think the Cyrix execs (or shareholders) want to see the company become mired in debt again. I would like to see Cyrix acquire WWTK, but I don't know they would be able to outbid anyone. Am I missing your point? Steve
