Ken, I am not an expert, but here is my take: Ancor made a bottom at 1.0. Then it retested and held. In the mean time,it has broken above the Bollinger bands twice. On balance volume has broken above Bollingers once. RSI and RSI MACD are positive.

When I interpret all these chicken bones, I see a stock that has made a bottom and is gaining strength to the upside. It will likely not go below 1.4 again, and may break out to the upside at any time. Needs to close above 2.13 on good volume...

Caution: Technical analysis in a small stock is very dependant on news & events, to the point that you might want to throw all this out the window! <G> wj
