Bill: I am not using a formula that extrapolates from up down volume on a given trading day. (I assume that is how you are getting a read on the DJIA Adv/Dec, because I do not know of a download symbol for the actual data.)

I am using an end of day download for the NYSE and NAZ Adv/Dec. I then put a math spin on the numbers and plot a MACD for signals.

My NYSE Adv/Dec Indicator gave a "Sell Alert" and the NAZ should follow after tonight's download. However, as noted in my post yesterday, this signal can be days early, so I need to use it in conjunction with my other VooDoo.

It is new, so time will tell!
