Walter:

The nine months stated ended Sept 30, 1998. What are the typical lead times (or lag times) wrt orders and when they show up on an earnings report? I know from following the Q that placement of order values can be 'played' with to some extent. The natural follow on question is then, will a 12 month report be required? Are they playing the same games with patents as they seem to be with the early report of earnings?

These efforts could be spun any number of ways. Companies do desperate things as the bell begins to toll. (Sunbeam) Is this another case?
