Be very careful with CRUS. It has been on the "verge" of recovery for over two years. Read the back posts on the CRUS board. Many a hope and a prayer have died there. I believe TEO started buying at 16 or so. I speak from personal experience. Doubled my position at one point to participate in recovery but ended up deeper in the swamp.
