Thanks for making me aare of the IBM sales. My recent posts look to be down on Cyrix. That's not my purpose. I have a serious interest in Cyrix and would love to see them do well against Intel. what's important is to filter through the rah, rah talk about how the parts stac up technically and get to the chase. After you get to the point where the CPUs are relatively equivalent the "game" turns to how well Cyrix can market them and how much money they will make when they sell them. All the other talk is pretty meaningless after a point and doesn't deserve the regurgitation that we get on this thread. The time spent thinking and posting about technical issues might better be spent at this point on finding out about how well Cyrix sales are going. I'd sure like to know.
