Barton,

I have seen your posts on another stock which we both own. As for LTGL, I owned this thing last spring and took a 50% loss when I sold at .04. It appears the only thing LTGL sells is stock, there has been massive dilution and promises of financial reports for a long time.

I would not trust management at all, based on their past history of lies(no need for dilution, financials last June etc..). I would run from this POS stock as fast as you could.
