---->ssuming that MU can't make changes to the TI fabs Don't see how they can. The fab in Italy is the own one they are working with, and it is ancient. It will have to be completely retro-fitted to even come close to the MU design/toolset/process. A lot of money and time too. The personnel MU is sending over is just getting there and has yet to deal with the "European Work Ethic"; that in itself should be worth seeing. Time will tell and now the clock has begun ticking for Micron.
